• • Let players have input in certain decisions (game attire, captains, etc)

Recruit everyday: kids, faculty, community, everybody

• • It's important to always be kind and promote our programs and school

Continue a well established and tradition rich program

• • Continue the traditions and make new ones

Build a brand and program that excites athletes

• • Build something that everyone will be proud of
