Summer Strength/Conditioning and skills (From last day of school till Fall Camp)
Monday/Wednesday - Lifting (lower body emphasis)/Agility Training
Tuesday/Thursday - Lifting (upper body emphasis)/Speed Training
Off Friday
Football skills will follow Strength/Conditioning for 1 hour all four days
In-Season (From fall camp to last game)
Monday - Fundamentals and install; lift (lower body emphasis)
Tuesday - Fundamentals and situations; lift (upper body emphasis)
Wednesday - "No Sweat Wednesday"; lift (lower body emphasis)
Thursday - "Perfect Thursday"; lift (upper body emphasis)
Friday - "Payday"
Saturday - "Recovery Day"
Phase 1 (From last game till Christmas break)
1st week we will test and max
Main focus is form, technique and discipline (doing little things right)
Monday/Wednesday - Lifting (lower body emphasis)/Agility Training

Friday - Character training
Phase 2 (From January till spring break)
Main focus will be getting stronger, faster, and more agile

Phase 3 (After spring break till schools out)
We will begin to work football skills during the period
