Coaches need to have a growth mindset

• • We grow in our profession by attending clinics and being an active member in THSCA (encouraging them to present at clinics)

  • Also providing opportunities for coaches to grow by giving them different responsibilities during the year (help with game planning, offseason organization)

Including coaches’ families is important

• • Including families helps build staff moral and helps with coaches' buy-in
